Interested in joining the HYROX community? Allow us to show you exactly what it entails. Tommy is an official HYROX coach and will demonstrate all the movements involved, give you an idea on how we as a gym train for the events and answer any questions you may have. You will soon realise how doable the exercises are and be wanting to get stuck in to the training!
