Functional fitness is about getting you away from the fixed position that a supported gym machine will put you in and instead utilising real life movements that will be used on a daily basis.

These functional movements allow the body to move freely whilst training the muscles to make them more powerful and resilient in ways intended. Simulating movements you will do at home, at work or in sport, you will feel far more capable at everyday life tasks with the risk of injury greatly reduced.

You will improve in strength, power, mobility, balance, range of motion, cardiovascular fitness and confidence. Producing a more robust and overall improved version of yourself.
