Hyrox Skipton simulation

Hyrox, the fitness race that everyone is capable of completing.

It combines both running and functional workout stations all done back to back. It accommodates both professional athletes and everyday fitness enthusiasts providing a good test of strength, stamina and endurance.

There are 8 events to complete in a set order with a 1km run completed before each one, please see the links below for an exact run through and the rules on correct form etc.

We will be giving you the opportunity to complete the race over a number of dates throughout the year, who will claim the title of Commando Mindsets Hyrox champion!

Your exact race times will be published and emailed to you the week before the event
