About the event
The no running Christmas hybrid comp!
Grab your partner, same sex or mixed and work as a team to complete the 3 stages.
Stage 1- Strength
You have 18 mins to both complete a 1RM deadlift and a 1RM bench press. The weights will be added together for a combined total.
Stage 2- Aerobic Endurance
You have 18 mins to get as far as you can on the bike, you swap with your partner after they have completed 500m on the rower.
