About the event
Take on the HYROX fitness race as a relay team!
3 categories- male, female or mixed
Grab your training partners and work as a team to get through a full Hyrox race. You each must complete two 1km runs followed by two stations. The run must flow straight into the station but can be split up from your second.
Example- run 1 into skierg, run 2 into lunge walks. The weights are all open category for male & female.
